3-Digit Tube Display Pick to Light Label
The SETP_Label_V40 is a compact and durable Pick to Light electronic label designed for warehouse picking, logistics distribution, manufacturing, and inventory management applications. Equipped with a 0.4-inch 3-digit red digital display, the device clearly shows picking quantities to improve picking accuracy and efficiency.
The Pick to Light label features three function buttons and one illuminated confirmation button with seven selectable LED colors, including red, green, blue, yellow, purple, white, and light blue. Different light colors can be used to distinguish picking tasks, order priorities, work zones, or operational statuses, helping operators quickly identify the correct picking position.
The Pick to Light system operates through instructions sent from a PC or barcode scanner. Signals are forwarded through the router to control the LED lights and display content on the electronic picking labels, guiding workers quickly and accurately to the target shelf location for efficient order fulfillment.
The PTL label also includes two LED indicators: a power indicator and a Pick-to-Light status indicator, allowing users to easily monitor device operation and communication status.

Initial: Set the server and label parameters

Step 1: Send the information to the put to light label server
Step 2: The server parses the command requirements and wirelessly lights up the tower lights and put to light label.
Step 3: Pick items according to the illuminated label and press the confirmation button to turn off the light, and the screen content is updated with the result after the operation.
This allows it to receive button feedback from the Pick to Light electronic labels while sending data to them.

3-Digit Tube Display Pick to Light Label Installation Method
Bracket + Cable Tie Mounting
